Sony smartphones have no personality - gigantic slabs with large bezels, not optimized cameras, nothing amazing except Sony trying very hard to make their products very shiny.
Their low end devices look and perform same functions as the high end ones. There are no worthy features that I can find that outdoes their competitors.
Even their wireless earphones are the ugliest, most short in battery life, and are buggy in connection! And they are priced as high as the competition.
I have bought like 5 wireless BT earphones, and were ahead, but now Samsung has IconX with 5 to 7 hours use time, built-in music of about 3.4 GB, and they are snug in the ears.

no surprise here, they already shutdown in my country becoz bad costumer service/after sales service and terrible durability and faulty device and of course samsung streamrolled th in my country in term costumer service/after sales service and much durable device and have very good resale value after iphone device

for the same reason, sony mobile has been banished from my country since end of 2015. no one missing sony. people live happy with iphones, galaxies, asus, any many other brands.

Sony reminds me of Nokia of the past.Back then nokia thinks their symbian os is the king and ignore every assumption that they are dying. Same goes for Sony.They keep harping on their design factor, how they slim the bezel but put the phone side by side and they are still very ugly with that thick bezel.
