To be able to do everything, anything automatically, last long enough and have rotating bezel. The last one I wanted even as a kid, years, years before.

Smartwatches need 2 things.
1. Always on display is a MUST, because a watch is for fashion, and the face can change colors. (We already have the time in our pockets.)
2. Music storage. Who likes to go into their pockets to skip or rewind tracks? Do it on the watch, store the music on the watch if you like too, use the watch as an mp3 player. Win.

Doesn't matter what OS
Nothing meets my requirements as of yet, that is why I am still using my Samsung Gear S1 for the last 3 years
All it really lacks is 4G (it has 3G) and NFC

You cant always take out your phone while working could you? It doesnt look decent.

Garmin's 2018 line update might be small and insignificant, but Apple Watch and Google Wear watches still have to catch up with Fenix 3 HR from 2016, so why would Garmin have to hurry?
I hope there will be some competition to create pressure on smartwatches for more innovation.

Anything not Wear OS or apple watch is bad.
They can’t work tightly with the phone OS.
If it can’t work tightly, its better you get a normal watch.
Even if it has good battery, its better you get a normal watch with even better battery.
