Go with Verizon if you have a qualified phone to trade in and get $300 discount. For new buyers getting an upgrade without selling old phone go get the Sprint Flex with 50% discount. AT&T deal fit very well for married couple as you can get two phone with all the family package like wireless service and DirectTv.
