Hoping they'd keep:
Ceramic back- loved 2s' white version-
Qi wireless charging
About 90H battery endurance
Super AMOLED display(for better sunlight contrast ratio
a 16:9 screen ration with a size of 6.4 inch with these bezels would be really nice for me i like to have a full screen experience when watching yt, movies and so on. I'ts a shame for me that all the new phones are all 18:9 or even worse 19:9
Anonym, 05 Jul 2018Really nice, but I would seriously advise Xiaomi to make themselves aware of the "Osborne Effe... moreThey are betting on the rising Indian smartphone market.. way bigger than Europe..
But you can buy it on honorbuy.com (eu stock)..
The smartphone itself looks great, and I hope the camera is not positioned vertically, or else it will be accused of being a cheap Apple copycat. Man, what are those??? A clock that looks like as if it is from SAMSUNG UX, just like how ASUS did it for their ZenUI, resembling SAMSUNG's clock...
Until now the method of folding the screen at the bottom has been patented by Apple.. so it will be interesting to see how Xiaomi is planning to produce and market this
Really nice, but I would seriously advise Xiaomi to make themselves aware of the "Osborne Effect". I still haven't found the Mi Mix 2S stock here in Europe (officially supported country), a phone I would absolutely had bought, and they are already telling me to not buy that one but rather the next!
If they keep this up I'll have no other choice than buy from another brand, that can actually deliver the goods (and isn't screwing me so fast with a new model).
acemang, 05 Jul 2018and don't go for >6" screen sizes, i'm sold also.5.8" would be better but 6" must be the limit.
Uh, my next one I guess, make it 6" maximum and not above that, would be awesome. This is just the perfect phone design imho.
Oppaii, 05 Jul 2018Idk but why is this more beautiful than the Find X and NEXs?I guess it's because of the corners, Oppo has the biggest radius around its screen and the Nex S has a chin
And most importantly, I guess it's aspect ratio isn't gonna be hideous like the other two :)
Anonymous, 05 Jul 2018I find it hard to trust these images with so many previous images of upcoming phones with real... moreNot that it took long to remove the chin but it just that the implementation is expensive. It has always can be done but manufacturer simply dont want to do it. As you can see for yourself how the iphone x is priced. Removing the chin means you need to use oled display. Using oled display means you can bend away the disturbing display ribbon that becoming the chin.
Modest Mind, 05 Jul 2018Include a Super Amoled screen, a 4000mAh battery and Xiaomi shut up an take my money.and don't go for >6" screen sizes, i'm sold also.
I find it hard to trust these images with so many previous images of upcoming phones with really slim bezels and what looks like no chin have been fake or very misleading.
With that said I find it strange it have taken this long for some other manufacturer other than Apple to been able to remove the chin completely. Must be complex/expensive to implement that bending of the display like Apple does it.
