Our intentions are always to help even when customer call in and act uncivilized but since u don't work at a call center u would never know

most of the people already use a i.v.r (interactive voice recording) just a little percent need assistance from a representative like me, these customers really need special help cause they don't know how to use the most basic features on their phones or they're really confuse with they're phones, still they act like if theyre real genius event went ask for things with no sense, google duplex may take away many jods but its years away of been able to handle this kind of situations were people don't even know the reason why they call.

If AT&T adopts this that'll be at least half of our call centers gone.
I'm on my break and reading this article and sad to say that we call center agents will be replace by AI's.
