iOS don't have this kind of bug since it's a perfect OS. Android can't stop copying Apple, and keep failing miserably, iOS is light years ahead of anything in the market.
This problem is already solved in European models...
(I'vs just tested on mine: SIM free, bought it in the U.K.)
AnonD-16809, 01 Oct 2011if u visit tech blogs everyday this shouldnt be a surprise to u...this is a everyday android p... moreShouldn't be a surprise to someone who makes up a little story about SGSIIs everyday. This issue is specific to SGSIIs from AT&T. Stop embarrassing yourself.
This is a bug on AT&T's custom skin. No issue like this on an unlocked one or any other versions. Why bash Android as a whole? Makes no sense.
I hope this doesnt delay the phone anymore... 1 more day left of this waiting. If it does delay's I would be pissed.. This is a simple fix on Android part please dont delay it!

the american galaxy s2 really looks disgusting. i feel sorry for them for having to get this version
[deleted post]you will notice difference in dual core and single core only when you run Crysis warhead Even for Android dual core is too powerful most of the time the second core always remain idle (to save power) since there is already GPU to run display related task 1.5ghz CPU alone is enough to handle most of the app if you don't belive this just open your taskmanager in your PC my quadcore pc Rarely uses 100% (while running high graphic games only) even heavy Apps like Adobe Photoshop CS4 don't use more than 25% of CPU (i Have Nvidia 570 GTX GPU)
