In this day & age, it's difficult to understand why LG couldn't vertically align the top part of the screen. It is lower in the middle than the sides. ;)

Now let us see when they post tbe next quartal financial report and will they be able to hide losses

Hm... One thing that I love in that LG G7... is even when gaming, the notch is not interrupting. However, where I live, CS (costumer service) of LG is horrible. hence why I skipped it. (And the ROM loading system. FOR REAL LG!? 0_o)
