This is the way of the future everyone else is playing catch up. By new hardare inovation come better graphics and everything. As seen in the CPU or VGA competitive race.
MAN! i was hoping for less bezel!
AnonD-18139, 04 Oct 2011I don’t think so. iphone 4s won’t be that tough opponent against Galaxy S II. First due to the... moreWow, do you really purchase a phone so that someone "notices" you? And all this time I thought we should buy something because of its superior attributes, not because...well it gets you some.
No hard keys is not a fall. I hate them. Looking forward to this phone.

either
modify your pocket and make it bigger, big enough to fit an Alienware M18x gaming laptop

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE.
Def. im betting on nexus prime to be hot cake.........

It's not created for ... morefirst 4" was too big, then 4.3" was too big, then 4.5" was too big, then 4.65" was too big, then 5.3" is too big... see a pattern? phones are going the tablet/phone hybrid route. the bigger the better!! Personaly, if it fist in my jeans pocket -- it fine. 5.3" does fit in a pair of levi's. thats all i care about.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2011no hardware keys = FAIL. The tactile nature of proper hardware keys (not that capacitive rubbi... moreno physical keys is exactly why it will succeed. iphone 5 (not 4s) WILL do the same thing. all successive IC phones will have no keys, bigger and bigger screens (5" plus), stylis, docks.

sick, sick, sick. if the note doesn't come to verizon then this is my next phone.
This phone looks like it will be a killer phone.
I can't wait!!!
"It will certainly be a fierce battle between this beast and the upcoming iPhone(s)."
Now that they've released the 4S it ain't! My S2 is still waaaaay better and it was realeased Q1 this year!!! No wonder apple got their panties in a twist!

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2011no hardware keys = FAIL. The tactile nature of proper hardware keys (not that capacitive rubbi... moreI had a lot of problems with my Nexus One's hardware keys (trackball and power button), but no problems with the soft keys. I think it is a great move! Let's face it, either your phone has a technical problem or it doesn't. Why would soft keys be any less capable than hard keys?
If they are anything like the ones on motorola xoom they will work perfectly.
No physical buttons = less bezel above and below! Hooray! I'm going to be laughing at iPhone 4S owners with their obnoxious bezels glaring at them all the time.
AnonD-15987, 04 Oct 2011This is strange, this should be an AMOLED screen, and that background is probably black. Why d... moreThat's just the background color of the diagnostic screen. You can see that the buttons near the bottom (which are part of the screen, not capacitive buttons) are perfectly black, like AMOLED should be.
