this yet again shows how much apple run out of idea and inovation, there is nothing, and I mean nothing so interesting which is not covered in other high end smart phones, + its still staying in the cage.
what a joke imo
THIS IS GOING TO BE THE WORSE APPLE PERFORMANCE EVER, why should anyone buy this ? there is not much extra you get compare to already dissapointing I4!!

good luck all

I am honestly lost for words on this one. No doubt that apple makes a solid product and I am a proud owner of one, but honestly..... 16 months and that is the best they can do?? All apple has been doing is refining what android and the jailbreak community has been developing. They need to make a bigger device to enjoy all these "Graphics" that seem to be so important for gaming and apps. Spend some of that 80b plus you have and stop being so late to the party. I cant imagine what little upgrade would prompt anyone to drop what they have for a little more power. before this product hits the gates it is already old technology. Apple fans would back up crap if it had a apple seal on it. This one my friends was a huge flop imo.

Thanks God I can compare phones here in GSMArena and see what is the best launch despite of huge marketing campaigns. I bought my GS2 two weeks ago and I am incredibly happy. I wanted to buy the iphone 5/4S before, but now I trust that I purchased a better and cheaper smartphone. Most of the people that I am with are more impressed of (My brightest star) & they're willing to acquire this one because I have something different and more robust. There is a market for everyone and I admire how Apple has grown rapidly but I am also aware that there are other and better products you can get in your hands (and most of the times cheaper). I love comparing phones and see how companies try to be original and lauch better products. We've got the benefit to compare brand / price-functionality. Good luck to Apple but I am more excited to expect releases from other companies such as Nokia N9-GS2 HD Lite, etc. =)

AnonD-4697, 04 Oct 2011No Need to...Apple is a winner in sales, even if their devices don't won any speed race...Thank you for acknowldging that apple consumers are sheep and sales figures to correlate to which product is best. By the way, their stock is down today so I hope you're right about sales of the 4s. Remember, it's not how much you sale but the it's about the forecast. So, I hope sales are what you, wall street, and Duel expected prior to launch.

I must say i am a little disappointed, I hoped for more but I do have a 3gs 8gb so it would be a big step up for me and i probably would have bought the iphone 4 if it wasnt for the reception issues. The problem i have is do i commit to another 18/24 month contract (12 month not so bad but will be a higher monthly charge) or do i wait for the "iphone 5" or even the "iphone 5S" because i dont fancy going through the same dilemma each time an iphone is released.....UK

AnonD-24762, 04 Oct 2011The comment was about sms u know:)True, but the beauty of Siri is its deep integration and far reach into many of the iPhone's actions. A more elegant solution one might say. Of course, I'm sure may of the functions can be, and will be, available on other phones at some point. That is the nature of technology.

Enjoy it! We live in some great times of smartphone technology, and the future can only get better.
