Balabak, 19 Jul 2018100 million sold and how many people regret for buying Huawei product?Probably not so many. If they were many complains about Huawei products, than people will not buy them in so big numbers.
Anyway, if people who bought Huawei products had bad experiences, it's not necessarily due to Huawei being a bad company. There is no flawless product or company out there.
The important thing is that the company recognizes the problems and tries to correct them by software updates or better products in the future. And I think Huawei is doing that.

                          ZloiYuri, 19 Jul 2018If you'd ever use Huawei's EMUI your opinion should be different.I had a P10 lite and a Huawei tablet M3. Now I have a P10 and a Huawei M5 tablet. I think I know my way around a Huawei device :)
The fact that EMUI resembles IOS is not necessarily a good thing for me. Don't get me wrong, is far better than what Samsung or Sony are offering right now, but not as good as a Google Pixel or even a One Plus.

I mean, pushing their devices and paying sweet commissions for each sell? I believe Samsung's been doing that for a decade now and it's working so Huawei is just learning from their experience.
That said, Huawei's EMUI has some useful features out of the box like really detailed information about the shots you've taken (Including the levels of the picture, that's good to know) or a "night mode" that adjusts the color temperature of the display (Which I'm using on my computer) I also like the Smart screen resolution mode as my huawei has a 2K display and that drains the battery quite quickly so while these aren't exactly options that you can't have on any other android device, I'm just saying it's nice to have these minor things out of the box. I like my phone's camera, it's not the best smartphone camera I've ever tried and I don't like it when the camera shoots a black and white photo on the larger sensor with more megapixels and then interpolates the lower resolution color photo in an attempt to boost the quality (The pictures become a lot softer) but it does the job and most of the photos come out acceptable or even better than average. (But, obviously, when you need really good photos, you're better off grabbing a real dedicated camera with a much bigger sensor)

Anonymous, 19 Jul 2018In terms of gameplay, hauwei kirin chips are waste. I never buyAfter the Kirin 955 they actually switched to the much better performing Mali G71/G72 chips for their processors and didn't skimp out on the core amount, like Samsung so while, for gaming, their latest SoC is somewhere in between the SD821 and SD835 chips by Qualcomm (+ let's not forget that games are usually better optimized for Adrenos than Mali chips), it's more than enough for most games (except maybe the PS2/GC emulators) and even the Kirin 960 processor itself is better than the SD835 according to Geekbench. Can't say the same about the Kirin 65* line though...

In the UK, Huawei are offering the P20 Pro in Twilight, for £23 with 4GB data on a 24 month contract (£110 upfront). The same money can also get you an S8. Not difficult to see why they are doing so well. I walked into Carphone Warehouse a few weeks ago, and they kept banging on about the camera and the battery life. They were really pushing the Huawei devices. I also saw them showing off Huawei/Honor devices to another customer. You can bet your bottom dollar that Huawei are offering some excellent commissions on their products.
