Arif238, 20 Jul 2018It is just a name now. Its HMD who is operating everything. I had Nokia phone just like everyo... moreNokia is not past, is present. HMD uses nokia technology and patents, let alone the fact they were once Nokia employes. So overprice crapp is in your head. There is nothing better then Nokia 8 at it's price and what it has to offer. Also, Nokia devices are verry verry VERRY well builded, clearing again that they follow Nokia legacy. So, go with your biased crippled opinion somewhere else. Nokia were never cheap dirt cheap.

my daughter has an original nokia 6/6.1
cost here in the UK was £269,she is very tough on phones and laptops, destroyed 2x LG5 's and LG spirit + a Samsung in less then 8 months !!!
I got her to try a Nokia 6,she liked it, bought it and its survived more than 6 months, so it's pretty tough and durable.
With the support/backup network from Nokia, which is very good, there is nothing else in the UK that comes close as a good deal, spec for spec, price to price, yes, you can get much better spec at the price, but with no support/backup..

Arif238, 20 Jul 2018My preference is good battery life, call quality, stock android, smooth performance and Displa... moreMaxpro has bigger battery than X6. I will recommend you to wait till X6 goes live in India. There will be many youtube videos comparing the 2 devices. I will recommend Maxpro over RN5 pro though. If it is not urgent then wait for Zenfone 5 because zenfone 5 is 10 times better than X6.

Arvind7955, 20 Jul 2018Its all about preference. I prefer Type C port over microUsb. And I like a phone which is usab... moreMy preference is good battery life, call quality, stock android, smooth performance and Display. Is asus max pro m1 is worth buying because I am thinking of buying 6GB variant whenever it will go live.
I don't see the point of type c connector other than the fact it is reversible but I do miss the Quick Charge support since SoC supports QC 3.0 I guess.

Arvind7955, 20 Jul 2018Samsung S8 is also in that list. Does that mean S8 has bad build quality? Thats the thing about that list. If Xiomi is on top and there is Samsung and Nokia in the list too then what are we talking about the quality of anything here. How can you say that something does not have quality while others that have older brands and does not matter how long they have been in business and are they startups or not are still in the top list.

How can most of these commenters say that Nokia and Samsung and what ever have better build quality while never have owned other phones. From the test i have seen and read about problems of models that are popular there will still be problems with them. Even back in the day with Nokia 5110 that was most popular phone or 3310 and so on there were problems with them too cause they mass produce them and everything cant be perfect. Same goes for these Xiaomi phones.

Arif238, 19 Jul 2018I don't see why Nokia X6 is hyped so much its has average camera no special features SD 636 so... moreWould you people stop comparing Nokia with xiaomi onplus aus and whatever other non experienced OEM's. Nokia is not just a name. Nokia pretty much invented all you hold in your handy right now, from the network you are using till the last thing your phone is capable of. Stop comparing a company that holds almost all mobile devices patents, with a knockoff one. Compare you're knockoffs with samsesung and iphone.

Arif238, 19 Jul 2018Max pro M1 starts at 11k INR and X6 starts 19K so difference is 8K INR and aftersale is not go... moreIts all about preference. I prefer Type C port over microUsb. And I like a phone which is usable by single hand. Nokia x6 has a very small form factor compared with maxpro.
Nokia X6 has everything that I like.
But if Asus launches Zenfone 5 at the same price as X6 then I will buy Asus in a heartbeat.
