in a bit of a dilema on what phone to get next, its either an ip4s or a nokia 7230, very close in specs and both very user friendly only the iphone is about £500 more, any suggestions?

people expect so much from apple, the galaxy s2 has a slightly redesigned shell but other than that its improvements are no more extravagent from the galaxy s than comparing the 4 with the 4s. The iphone design is pretty high end already, any curved metal back design would probably look cheaper so in my opinion it's no bad thing to keep the glass going for another 12 months.

Not suprise for me for the iPhone 4S. It is just anther iphone 4. if for the powerful CPU etc..., then I do not think the iphone is the best one. Please know that the people paying for additional cost for iPhone, it is the design and brand. if pay for the CPU, why choose iphone? Apple does not have its own CPU. it is all OEM. Samsung Galaxy II, is 20% cheaper than iphone 4, all the features are more advanced than iPhone. I think that it is time for the Apple fans re-think about iPhone 4S. Apple is running out of innovation.

Apple sued Samsung because of design and got banned.
Samsung sues Apple for Patent Infringement....
It's a no-brainer....unless you don't have a brain.

I don't think Samsung even needs to ban it. Iphone 4S has already gotten a very bad reception and critique in European media. They are calling the Apple presentation a huge disapointment and smack in the face for fans tha have been waiting so long for the new phone. Apple already lost about 7 million iPhone users in Europe during summer of 2011 to Samsung Galaxy S II. Not releasing iPhone 5 will only make more people jump from the Apple ship, well at least in Europe. With Galaxy S III (rumoured metallic frame, 12MP camera, 4.3" screen and 30% smaller bodysize than Galaxy S II) and Nexus Prime soon ready to go, it seems iPhone are getting ready for an execution in Europe by the Samsung firing squad.
