Rear camera 12MP + 20MP with f/1.75+f/1.75. This will be the biggest failure of all
They removed the buttons under the screen :(
Still no NFC in 2018??? Are you kidding me??
Removed headphone jack and microsd - extremely inconvenient for no legitimate reason
Still no NFC - not future proof
Not worth it
hey 1question for all is removing good feature like headphone jack is future?
No headphone jack is a bummer (using a Pixel 2 and it is really inconvenient) and the history of Mi A1 isn't too good. Hopefully, this is better supported.
no nfc? pass...

4/64 variant is better for A2.
Luxor, 24 Jul 2018Mi A3 will remove more feature next year. and also hike the price then due to new chipset they say 3 is better than 2.....i gurantee within two uears they are going to loose the market shares....if they dont inovate anything and copying market...only android onetag doesnot work at all
if you compare a1 to a2 my preference in a1......headphone jack, half the price ,4gb is enough for more two uewrs but we change the phone in 1year now...buying high price xiaomi instead go for asus zenfone 5z .....buy a flagship or buy a midrange not between them you are going to regret.
Mi A3 will remove more feature next year.
That €280 pricetag for the 4GB/64GB model is amazing. That's €120 less than the Nokia 7 Plus, which is pretty much the same phone (but with the headphone jack).
I'm getting the Mi A2 4GB/64GB as a secondary phone, but chances are I'll just end up using it more as my primary until I get another flagship later this year/early next year.

Just buy one and you can do both. Or charge your phone and listen music trough bluetooth headphones.
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2018Well if they keep at it like this then they will start losing the Indian market.I think they're well consolidated at indian market, now they're pointing to EU. So, with Google Support, certainly will keep growing.
