There's no surprise over here. LG known for making a failed LCDs, Even in their own smartphone, a lot of user complaint about this bleeding LCD and many more, LG always have a quality issues. Apple should be aware over this and sue LG for business damage!

Too bad. I really want to know how they make the LCD for this iphone without chin. LG LCD is actually very good and maybe a bit too bright. I saw how bright it is on G7 ThinQ. Backlight bleeding can be overcome with black strip around the screen. It wont look pretty but that how other brand do it.

Also it's a way to say that OLED is better than LCD so the the industry can move on on the OLED side. Which pushing and shoving OLED burn ins and colour shifting on our noses when they don't want to fix it.
News Flash: LCD is not going to die and some companies will take it with mini-LED back-lit which will more powerful than the OLED
