Well I confirmed with Nokia few days and back Nokia 500 is definitely going to get Belle. You can also see it mentioned in their Belle post (somewhere near the end of the post)

Nokia Tweet does not provide link to any source, so I am very sceptical about this being true. Bad spelling does not get my hopes any higher either.
Looks more like a small blog trying to get some bublicity by making bold claims.

Yeah... Nokia is back... Symbian is back too (temporarily, then slowly crawling into the grave within 5 years.)
PS: Someone please takeover Symbian from Accenture, then develop it! Symbian is the lightest on resource, thus making it the greenest mobile OS, and no other OS could match Symbian lightness yet!
