Personally, i think Samsung is doing it the right way. Thin bezels on top and bottom are far better than any other solution possible right now. Eventually when cams can work behind screens, then we can move onto that solution. Until then, let's just stick with this.

I don't mind bezel on top, bezel on bottom, as far as it's kept minimum. All I want is
A) No notch! I want my screen to be complete, is that simple!?
B) 3.5mm jack. I don't want to worry about another device to charge, is that simple!?

The results make no sense. It seams people may dislike notches and vote against them, but when buying a phone they will mostly prefer notch over full bezel. Notch is always better than full bezel because one can always hide the notch but not vice versa.

Even on 5 inch i had hard time reaching top edge with one hand and there was like 10mm bezels on top and bottom. If bezel-less phones would have 5 inch screens then there would be no problem handling them with one hand.

Personally don't care if there's a notch or not. What I want to see is trimming down the chin especially if there's no fingerprint sensor on the front. But from what I read, it's kinda expensive to do so since they have to put the display driver at the back of the panel (which the iPhone X does but its pretty costly) unlike what they're doing right now which is at the chin. If they're gonna have the fingerprint scanner at front, don't bother with a notch because it ruins the look at front.

Just put a small, SECONDARY SCREEN on the back of the phone, together with cameras, microphones, speakers, scanners and everything else. Keep the front free from bezels and notches.

Try to operate those Sony ... moreFYI not every phone has huge bezels, and some models even take advantage to use that space for usefull hardware like stereo speakers, and not useless crap like a fancy way to show battery % with an ugly shapped screen.
