For that perspective, iOS is the only way to go, because almost all Android phones are too bloated with unnecessary stuff (skins, 100 pre-installed Apps with some manufacturers, ROMs which nobody ever mastered to put on his phone if he doesn‘t have a degree in computer science, and so mich More, and same goes for windows). The closest thing to that simplicity would be a Google Pixel, which has the same value-for-money as iPhones, but gets much fewer software updates, and the software is a big part of the simplicity.

If it was not for that android tablets wouldn't of been stuck to 2013 and probably would had solved the audio latency issue already too.
Blame Google for trying to enslave us all by peddling a terrible OS which purpose is to spy all.

Also, I am not a single-mindedly w... moreIt is not about android or iOS, it is about good ideas and sometimes Apple is dragging the world kicking and screaming I to the future.
Complexity is unsustainable in tech products. If it was not for the minimalists we wouldn't have the computers or phones of late because of their high complexity they would be unusable.
Having two things doing the job of one is not just uneconomical of is downright silly. 3.5mm jack is a throwback to the past that serves no purpose that USB c does not serve better. It literally makes the world a worse place.

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2018No using one port is the future (USB c). You want two ports which do the work of just one b... moreAnd after a few years..... Due to a single port continuosly getting used for charging, jack, etc. peripherals..... Wear and Tear occurs and now will cost $$$$$ to repair.
