Should this turn out to be true, then it seems the galaxy will never stop outgrowing its limits?

galaxy s3 is like a brand new sportscar , only problem is its in a 120km/h zone , now whats the point if you have such a monster engine if you cannot open it up?

[deleted post]Unfortunately this is true. If you notice the news which is being reported elsewhere, when it arrives here to GSMArena, the headlines become slightly more 'scandalous' or 'troll' like in nature, almost encouraging flame wars. Also, check the articles with iPhone or N9 etc, and go to the last line, it is always some sort of 'question' in a trollish nature.

Sad, I remember when it was very respectable, just a few years ago.

It is becoming pathetic now,,2,3 ,quad cor ,,screens sizes that can no longer fit into a pocket..the average person doesnt need this,,phone companies are taking the consumer for an expensive ride, and making billions of dollars

I have the SII and a significant upgrade in my opinion will be
                  1) Dual SIM
                  2) QWERTY Slider
                  3) Stylus input (Touch , Type + Tap) using only your finger burns after extensive use
                  4) Quad core 2 Ghz
                  5) 2 GB RAM
                  6) 10 MP camera
                  7) Battery 3000 (current battery sucks)
                  8) Screen size 4.75

I use to have symbian based handsets, which used to have modest performanceat best and then came android, i liked it, i purchased it. But now its just becoming an overkill. Its just useless to just keep on providing more cores, more RAM, and more of everything just to make the OS work smooth. Why aren't they focussing to smoothen up the rough edges of android and make it less resource hungry, more stable and smooth on a less demanding hardware. Frankly, now i am starting to love iOS or WP7 simply cause they are less resource hungry and smoother than the androids with the same caduguration.. Yeah, their approach is totally acceptable to provide more resources as and when softwares start demanding them unlike androids.

4.6¨ seems too big. I mean with SGII having a 4.3 is good enough. 4.6 will consume even more battery so that sucks.

Wow.. By looking at the specification of Galaxy SIII, it would be amazing one. I am sure this version of Samsung Galaxy will rule the world of Smartphone.
Just few thing Samsung has to improve is, sound technology and battery back up as most of the cusumer are complaining.

I just bought me a SGS2 and now the 3rd generation is soon to come out. SMH! This is why I don't like android. Everytime you buy one of their phones, next 6 months, a new one comes out. I rather Apple cause at least you know with them you have the best of the best for that year. Samsung and the rest, you have the best for 1 month. They minus well make mini computers if that's the case. Not windows mobile either!! On the side note, the SGS2 is not all that. I had it for 3 days and i'm already bored with it. However I think the battery life is 10% more better then the iphone 4.. I think its just android. it suxs.
