Kiyasuriin, 03 Aug 2018And pay royalties to Qualcomm when importing to USA? And China as far as I know as well... No... moreBut isn't that unfair? SD variants get a great GPU, and get the best out of their chipsets (Faster modems as far as I know), while Exynos variants get a slower GPU, and plenty of features locked because they want both models to be equal.

No. Let them use two variants. I am using Snapdragon S9 and I am actually pleased with my decision. Exynos indeed has as an amazing capability asset, but as a gamer, 18 core GPU can't face the preformance of Adreno 630 (that uses 6 cluster assrt, but beats the hell out of MaliG71MP18)

This is another proof that the current Exynos SoC is way ahead of the SD845.
The S9 doesn't have a 4K@120FPS mode, nor does it have the extra long 960fps mode.. simply because there are two variants.
Samsung should stop using SD chips as their in-home SoCs are already more powerful..

Galaxy is lightyears ahead of any other brand when it comes to number of features in their customised version of Android software.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2018Still it lags over the time. Samsung phones is only good for 6 months of use.S7 is still one of my phones. Maybe I'm lucky, but it works really good all these years. If I wouldn't be a little bit phone geek I wouldn't even thinking about replacement.

Others just go about like little brainless, poorly programmed robots, chanting "Samsung is slow to provide OS update" so they opt for Pixel even though the Pixel is always years behind Samsung experience and always borrows features from Samsung years later.

There are still useful features in Samsung's version of Jelly Beans that are missing in Google's Android P. Maybe Google will finally catch up and adopt those features in Android Z.

Nice specs, good battery concidering the pen is taking up some room (wonder who use it now-a-days), but is it going to be narrow (74mm) like the note 8? 80 mm would be perfect width for this phone.

Geric.770, 03 Aug 2018Yeah2 because you hate it doesn't mean you totally ignore the product.
I don't get your reply on my post. I didn't say I hate it. It's just not worth it
since this device is still the same as last year. very minimal changes &
not worth for upgrade.
