How could people can be so garble a state and negative mindsets? It must be from the competitors again AIways spamming garbage at Sony thread!!!

If this is the XZ3 Compact, then it's good since they bumped up the capacity.
If that is the regular XZ3, then it is really disappointing because they're doing the Apple way of cutting the battery size using certain stupid excuses to justify it.
I think this gonna be XZ3 Compact. And remember last year? When Sony put XZ1's series, especially the regular XZ1 battery at 2700 mAh? Well, they managed to score at 82h for it. Could be the same happen once again. Still, I could be wrong at somepoint, but possibility always there.

Deannielsen, 08 Aug 2018Goooddd this is like a kindergarden, cmon guys its a smartphone we discuss...Whenever it's a Sony post, expect it to hit the 100 comment mark in a matter of hours :)
It's not a big deal really, if the device is tuned well it might have a better battery life than the previous.
Also, although I'm against Sony's screens, they do offer some good screens (away from the sun). their cameras aren't as good as the price suggest but this is changing over time. I do hate them for neglecting a lot of user needs, but if apple and huawei can get away with it, so can they. Don't like it? Do like me and move to another brand that offers what you want.
Sony is still far from being a good bang for buck but they're trying to improve.. still not very successful but at least they're trying.

It's not Sony's loss for making great but underrated devices due to their uniqueness and practicality that only real phone users could ever appreciate

Xperia is also "Made in China" and Sony Xperia phones are powered by Snapdragon CPU manufactured by none other than Samsung.. yea boy. Go look up who is manufacturing Snapdragon 835 and 845 processor on behalf of Qualcomm.
Keep up the trolling and in no time Sony mobile will be defunct.
