Doubt we'll see it in the USA, would be nice though. Higher end mid-range devices don 't seem to make it here. Nokia 7 Plus would be great also but.. nooooope.
kindly please confirm when nokia 6.1 plus will available in uae.....
Shiva, 08 Aug 2018Sorry to burst your bubble, guys! They'll be releasing Nokia 5.1 at around RS.14500, Nokia 2.1... moreActually the site has the page for x6
Arvind7955, 08 Aug 2018Xiaomi launched A2 at 16,999. Now x6 is DOA. How can you compare the 2 in design?!
nokia is the best as always. for how many years nokia still the best. no other brands can beat the history of nokia. when you hold their devices now that they are android you can still feel the nokia from the past. i am a developer/programmer i used different brands of phone. nokia is the best phone for me and i can suggest other people.
Great handset. Muscle phone, thick, has character, good size. Just needed a 660 or 7 series chip.
Hash, 08 Aug 2018RIP Nokia 6.1 Plus (X6) should be launch with price INR. 18K-20K . 'Nokia will Die in India'.Nokia never lived in the brain of people like you anyway. Buy your Xiaomi or whatever cheap yet "powerful" and quietly get out.

I hope in the future HMD will launch devices globally faster.

It makes sense from a launch and sales standpoint, but can certainly be frustrating for a fan waiting on a device not primarily targeted at their own market.
The Nokia X6 was supposedly aimed as a China-only device (like the Nokia 7), but gained enough popularity around the world, that HMD decided to make it global.

I don't understand why they would release such a phone in China only for the first months. Is China a Nokia loving market? I know India is, many people used Nokia phones there. And in Europe people also love Nokia.

Arvind7955, 08 Aug 2018Yes. It is true. That's why I was saying that it's really sad to see Nokia fail again. It’s not “Nokia failing again”, it’s Chinese HMD Global failing this time.
Shiva, 08 Aug 2018Sorry to burst your bubble, guys! They'll be releasing Nokia 5.1 at around RS.14500, Nokia 2.1... moreThey will release 5.1 at around 14K and will never launch 5.1+ in India. They will also launch 6.1+ at 19k and that sure as hell will not sell well. Hence no 5.1+ in India.
Nokia will announce a new phone but you will never see it on the market for years. When it eventually comes it's outdated.
Sorry to burst your bubble, guys! They'll be releasing Nokia 5.1 at around RS.14500, Nokia 2.1 at around RS. 8500 and 8110 4G at around RS. 7000. X6 and X5 are very very doubtful! I have been keeping a track of HMD since Dec. 2016, and when they are to release a phone in any market, the product page goes live on that region's website. No such case for X5 and X6 on Indian site. We'll be surely disappointed on the 21st! (Nokia 6.1 user)
NOKIA is quickly becoming the most frustrating brand. They release a device in 1 country and than take 65 million years to release it globally. I think the original fans of this phone died when a meteor struck earth and I'm the last survivor.
Symbianz107, 08 Aug 2018 But they need to fill gap between Nokia 6.1 and 7 plus Also Nokia 6.1 was priced at 17k and ... moreYes. It is true. That's why I was saying that it's really sad to see Nokia fail again.
