Lesson to unboxers, do that after the thing is announced, but before release. Instead, take video of the phone in use. What a pointless video.

I like notches, and appreciate the utility. I like a little off the top bezel, and enjoy a chin (for symmetry when notch is hidden). But, I assumed they would utilise the space properly, those icons in the shoulder areas, either side of the notch, just look too small. I like the idea of a notch, but what an awfully big one!

I still can't believe google can actually release this horrifying display of stupidness... not being a fanboy but samsung is acing the screen to body ratio since 2017 and they actually provide quality products unlike oppo or vivo. But google should have known better, because if you fill the notch there is clearly enough room for two cameras in there, and with room to spare. If they wanted to do something that apple has done, why didn't they bend the display for more bezel ? Yes it would have added to the cost but I think that most people would rather pay 50 bucks more than to have that thing poking in the display

It's just so ugly. I can't believe this is the best they could do. And now with more and more people reporting that their Pixel 2 has kept getting slower. I see no reason to buy this. I know the camera will be great, but it's just not enough :-(
