Samsung Galaxy Watch hands-on Comments
Four significant shortcomings and one advantage of the new Samsung Galaxy Watch:
_____NEGATIVES:
1. Having no online version of its health app is a major missed opportunity. It make its hard to share medical information with one's doctor.
2. Very thick and large circular bezels that consume over 50% of watch face. Most modern smart phone bezels only use from 10% to 20% of the device's front. This watch's bezels use over half.
3. No electric cardiac ECG monitor like the new Series 4 Apple Watch.
4. Tizen's app store has far few choices than the Android version.
_____POSITIVE:
1. Spinning or rotating crown provides a nice user interface control.

Samsung Galaxy Watch is 50m waterproof, and is HR Sensor is different. I hope more precision in this point.
Color and appearance in 46mm must be S3 Gear, is fantastic.

Nzi97, 10 Aug 2018AMOLED? i a bit concerned about burn in, especially the watch face imageThe watch face usually turn off when not in used. Btw, if using LCD screen with that Galaxy Watch 270mah/472mah battery gonna die in less than a day usage. AMOLED save battery a lot.

Might buy the 42mm silver one once it becomes available in our country. But I'll probably buy an aftermarket watch strap (a stainless steel one) if it becomes available as I prefer steel watchbands (Leather gets kinda smelly when it gets drenched in sweat, rubber or plastic gets deformed after being worn for a long time)
