...Continuing from my comment below about availability in Ireland. It seems like Virgin Mobile had a great deal which included the Galaxy Watch. But, it looks like that one sold out almost immediately? :-/ Now their pre-order page just says "you'll get a gift".

India had official sign of "₹" for currency since long time now. Still couple of websites including GSMArena are using words like INR or Rs. Why?

I was strongly considering Asus Zenfone 5z or OnePlus 6 or even Meizu 16 Plus or Huawei Note 10, but after seeing the final features of Note 9, I must reconsider despite high price. Can't simply ignore the intro of stereo speakers and no notch. And, there is S pen in addition to other top-notch specs and features. The Indian price of the 512 GB model is costing like iPhone X base version, which looks like a deal to me.

              great pricing by Samsung.
it's a preorder that too 128GB still only ₹68,000 and galaxy watch for only ₹5000 extra just wow....
i don't understand what the heck is Sony thinking by charging XZ2 for ₹72,000 (64GB) and let's not even mention iPhone NOTCH

Geric.770, 10 Aug 2018Okay, moving on to the star of the show (Note 9), that remote features, supercapacitor, and hu... moreYou know someone commented its the most complete phone by far and I agree, Note 9 has every feature you could wish for like
                headphone jack
The best and the most color accurate oled screen, just ignore the lcd boys and their constant misleading comments like oh it burns in, enjoy the inky black contrast and vivid colours of an oled screen.
12 second 960fps slowmo unlike Xperia there you have full HD but only 3 seconds, I perfer longer 720p because these slow-mos will eventually end up on instagram lol and 12 seconds is far more preferable than 3.
And yes the center of attraction, the S-Pen I think it's a great innovation with the super capacitor and the way it charges in your phone in just 40 seconds!!!
The 4000mah battery is definitely a huge plus point gotta give it to Samsung for beefing up the capacity while other manufacturers are trimming down battery capacity from 3,180 to 3,060 to save on costs.
Hey, at least we don't have to lie and justify how less is better or how 3000mah is equal to 4000mah. haha
I like the Note 9 along with S9+ by far the ultimate phones of 2018
                I also like
oppo find X with its motorised camera
Vivo NEX with its pop-up camera
One plus 6 because its a great value for money phone

You gotta love it when manufacturers push the boundaries of design and implement new technologies like the supercap in the S-Pen, I don't like compromises like ditching the Headphone jack or a fat bulky uninspiring design kind especially when I'm paying around $1000 for a flagship.

[deleted post]Okay, moving on to the star of the show (Note 9), that remote features, supercapacitor, and humongous battery and storage makes this phone a serious buy for power users.

The back design is fine, but could be better like making the FPS a little bigger, etc.

They're actually everywhere on this website!

Take a look at Sony fans praising at least one feature of their Expeeryas. 3-6 upvotes on a simple comment. Lmao!

Try praising one part of their flagship and you'll see your comment will be packed with so many upvotes.

This Sony ... moreYeah, I'm gonna take a look now and I've said this before and I'll say again.. These guys are really dumb and worse than any fans I've seen, did you see the topic 'ANATEL certification suggests that the Sony Xperia XZ3 will come with smaller battery'
There is this Sony guy by the name of 'Jeepers Creepers'
I pointed out to him that my Xperia XZ Premium does not have night light and he goes like 'No night light --- you can enable the screen to be on while charging at night'
The dude is asking me to turn on the screen while the phone is charging at night to get light? MEGA FACE-PALM
He does not even know that the Night Light feature, introduced in Android 7.1 reduces the amount of blue light emitted by the device display to better match the natural light of the user's time of day and location.
This feature isn't even there on Xperia XZ Premium running Oreo, nor there is double tap to wake. But these guys lie and brand you as a Samsung fan as soon as you point out any flaw with their beloved Xperia.
