I'm guessing (but might be wrong) that the 64GB Pixel 3 and 3 XL is the one with only 4GB of RAM. The higher capacity for both models with 128GB storage will likely have 6GB of RAM, doing the same thing as OnePlus where they offer more RAM for the higher capacity phone, to encourage the user to buy the higher capacity phone.
Personally, I don't care for the Pixel 3 XL, because I prefer smaller phones so I would go with the smaller Pixel 3. If they give around 3000mAh battery for the smaller Pixel, that would be fine since it's a smaller display and only 1080p resolution.

I dislike that Google is so damn slow. When they are making Android, why can't they come up first with the latest specs? Bigger screen, bigger battery, latest CPU...these were supposed to be happening at Google 1st! Look at the Chinese vendors, they already have plenty of 6"+, and now Google is a follower. Many Chinese phones are already using large batteries, and now Google is talking about it. Give us something better and faster Google!

I saw enough. A downfall of Google pixels. Every brand you collaborate with are laughing at you when you pull off such garbage that won't sell cuz ugly AF. It won't sell.
