Rapid obsolescence guaranteed from these Pix... moreDon't forget horrible LG POLED screens with blueshift and black crush, nevermind their poor hardware (I sent two Pixel 2 XLs back for hardware issues, not even related to blueshift). I'm a fan of Nexus and Pixel phones and this one is so disappointing. They should stop production and rethink what the hell they're doing while there's still time. Probably too late though.

Just because you like a company or a product doesn't mean you should defend such atrocious actions. That's how they get away with it.
The 2xl was keyword the most over priced android phone until the Sony xz2p came.
This is now following the same footsteps.
67 inch and only 3400? And only 4gb of ram and only single 12mp??which is still a smaller sensor than the first pixel.
And probably costs more than the 2xl...which was already the most over priced phone... In androids.

So sad...seems another year for me without a Google phone. Such a big screen with so little battery..why can't they put a 4000mAh in such a big size phone. Oh and that monster mother of all notches. 🤣😂. What's going on Google? What's going on with the design team.
I'm sure the camera and software will be top notch but battery is a major buying point for me...the reason I have skip so many good phones. Well let's wait a few months n see what Google actually release. If not there are other top options with big sized batteries and top specs. 🤞🤞🤞

Another crippled Pixel phone release from Google. Rapid obsolescence guaranteed from these Pixel 3 XL features:
1. Small sealed battery in a huge screen means its battery will die and wear out faster than other flagships with bigger 4000mAh batteries. A battery has only limited charge-discharge cycles. Get a phone like this with smaller battery capacity and it will die faster than those with bigger capacity batteries.
2. No micro sd card means more wear and tear to internal memory which you can't replace, and faster fill up of internal memory which you can't expand. Want more space? Pay for cloud services and while you're at it, waste your data uploading personal photos and videos and other files while making them available 24/7 to the seasoned iternational hacker community.
3. No headphone jack means you either use a dongle/adapter that accelerates usb C port damage/wear rendering fast, wired charging inutile, or you can buy disposable bluetooth earbuds/earphones that get replaced annually because the sealed battery no longer holds a charge. Asca bonus, your brain gets exposed to Bluetooth radiation more frequently for longer every single day. And oh, you need to bring your bluetooth earbud charger too!
4. The phone doesn't have dual sim making you miserable and witgout a choice everytime your carrier's data connection experiences slowdowns/problems. You'll have to do a SIM swap when you travel internationally or pay exorbitant roaming fees for call and data services. And oh, if ever the phone's sim terminals get damaged from frequent sim swapping, you'll be left with an inutile phone that can no longer call and text. Not so if you have dual sim.
So there you go. Planned obsolescence from Google at its finest.

Pixels don’t sell well, simply too expensive. OnePlus is the new Nexus, if the Pixels phones would be priced like a OnePlus, it would sell much better.
