Samsung sea agent, 13 Aug 2018The price i think is just too much.... There aren't any significant changes to justify this pr... moreYour 1 & only comment is Fake News, many people on these forums are doing the trade in program, & regular readers will know whose comments to trust.
If you had a problem with the trade in problem, its likely that your trade in device had a cracked screen & you didnt declare it & why should other Samsung customers have to pay the return p&p of a defective device.
Abide by the Terms & Conditions and you'll have no problems.
Too big and too expensive for me, but I don't buy stuff with warped displays anyway.

A true flagship but the problem is pricing. Paying over $1,000 for a phone is ridiculous. I own the Lenovo P2 which I bought at $250 and it's performing like a champ, not to mention the excellent battery that lasts over 2 days.
Waiting for the S10 Active series, maybe that will be the bomb.
without radio what is use making flagship models
Predictive memorys, 13 Aug 2018Looks like you are very familiar with Samsung, did you see the Samsung skip particular android... moreIf you only bother to look back on the previous Notes, they always launch ahead of the announcement of a major Android update so they are always one version older.
Doesn't matter since Samsung had features the are only now getting implemented by Google.
Multi windows existed since Galaxy S2 while it took Google till Nougat to put up a non buggy version.
Besides, Android 9 splitscreen gestures suck because Google.
Marciano D., 13 Aug 2018Exactly. Why risk it when they know their customers will suffer from bugs and issues just so t... moreAgree. Android (especily Samsung's version) is already feature rich. No need to rush-in with more features. The only thing which I wish would be more prompt are the security patches.
i was thinking to buy one... but the prices are wayy to high.. i mean not for the phone.. but for the sim ? like 25 pounds for 1gb internet on note 9? who buy 1 gb with note 9 ? in special for that price..! 25 pounds only for the sim.. and separate for the phone
My Note 8 is enough and don't think there is much difference in these phones, I will wait for Note 10 .

Yes other phones get updates faster but Samsungs is more advanced and they try to work out more bugs. And they have more phones. It takes more time and money

Why risk it when they know their customers will suffer from bugs and issues just so they can say "the Note9 is the first smartphone to come with Android 9.0"? It will get Android Pie eventually if it's deemed stable enough and bug-free by Samsung. Oreo is still perfect for the Note9 today, it will get there soon
In my country (UE country) they sell only the Exynos version, which is less powerful than Snapdragon version. Maybe more battery efficient, but I need raw power if I am paying 1000 euros for a phone. Sadly is the same situation with S9/S9+.
P.S. Please Apple make a dual sim device this time too..
Waiting for the S10. I hear that Samsung is holding off innovations for the 10th Anniversary.
Price should be 100 $ less
James Whister, 12 Aug 2018The 128gb model is available in my country for the same price as the iPhone X 256gb one. And... moreIn my country the X(256gb) is priced 450$ higher than the Note 9(128gb).
Kiyasuriin, 13 Aug 2018And make the note into S+ :D (yeah. I'm back and kicking arses now! >:3)Lmao XD
