"Apple has reportedly been pressuring its component suppliers to drop the prices in order to maintain its profit margins." This statement sound so evil.

With the Chinese government tracking everything about all of their citizens, I can see Apple not having the same strong selling point there about privacy as they do in the west.

I'd be surprised if it turns out their phablet flagship is cheaper than the current iPhone X though, unless they've sourced OLED displays from someone other than Samsung. The overall technology involved in the phone hasn't gotten that much cheaper in a year.

Apple pencil is bigger compared to Spen and designed for iPad so it will look odd when using with iPhones unless apple release a smaller pencil

Its only price increase hereafter, no price reduction! Apple can sell anything with a fruit symbol and take their stocks through the roof! People will buy it even if it is $2000....though number of people buying Apple products may reduce but their profits will only increase! There are enough to shoulder the pain of high price tags. Loyal customers are borne to ensure Apple stock prices by buying HomePod, Apple Watch, MacBookPro every time it releases.

Nah, Samsung has already priced their flagship at $1250. Apple won't make their's cheaper. So I'd say iPhone X2 will remain at $1000 while X2 Plus will be around $1250. The LCD version may be around $750 as predicted though.

"The Apple Pencil will be compatible with the new iPhones aiming to challenge Samsung’s Galaxy Note lineup."

Never laughed so hard in my life.
