This one is worse because it heavily implies that the photos have been taken by A8's selfie cam(they even put Samsung logo on the right top corner, smh), but other big companies aren't any better in terms of how honest they are to their customers.

Samsung Brazil did two things wrong:
Stealing other people's work and not knowing they can produce good photos with the phone in question.

Will they be prosecuted? I highly doubt that as lots of similar events happened in the past (in phone and camera industry) which got forgotten.

Nothing new, all smartphone brands do this, i mean ALL OF THEM: Shamesung, crApple, LG, OnePlus, Xiaomi, vivo, Sony and etc etc...

is just a matter of convenience and advertisement and not the actual photo from theyr phones...its just ads, only fools will belive this is real photos from the mobile they advertise but didnt.

Galaxy S8/Note 8 ads do the same...meh, people belive in miracles, i belive in what i see and understand as "you cant with a phone, but you do with a DSLR camera, nobody will see the difference" - but actually some people belive its the phone camera who take that picture and then blame the company's the device ar edeffective, with camera problems when the real problems is the people brain being foolish by this simple trick.

Apple haven't always been hacked and their phones don't always lock up after receiving messages.
            Huawei isn't the best.

Samsung Brazil edited out the copyright owners watermark and called it theirs, pictures that the Samsung A8 did not take and which were from 2015 also. Blatantly criminal.

I'm impressed by the fact that @feliperas managed to find the photos from Gettyphotos. I mean the effort and the time.

A8 isn't that bad though, the camera may not have flagship features or photos but it can capture decent photos.

They should've went with real A8 photos, a good photographer could've made them look gorgeous.
