If we think again, Motorola rock the world make history with Motorola Droid (6 November 2009). Now Motorolq Droid Razr (release planning 10 or 11 November 2011) will rock again the world and make history like the original Motorola V3 Razr.

Motorola RAZR UK launch
date: November 1st Well that didn’t take long. Following Motorola’s
announcement of its return to the RAZR brand
this evening, UK retailer Clove has given the UK
version of the Android-powered Motorola RAZR a launch date of November 1st. That’s surprisingly soon for a Moto launch. The retailer has also given the phone a price,
with the unlocked and SIM-free model going for
£454 all in.

Motorola Droid Razr support CDMA, Global and GSM. If you have money and nevermind buy from US so go ahead. You can use in your country. That's like my Motorola Photon 4G can use in Indonesia; I buy from USA.

The success of iphone tells the story, as long as the UI and OS are good, people care little less about the cam.

Over on Motorola’s European Facbook page, the
moderator is seen saying that their Euro Motorola RAZR is coming with a lockable/unlockable bootloader. Curious as to why? We reported
earlier that the U.S. version will indeed be locked
and Moto is pointing the finger at Verizon for that
decision. So is Motorola not completely the bad
guy anymore? Or should we all move to Europe

Also, if you followed the launch like I did, you would see various similarities with Apple style launches. They even introduced a Motorola iPod Nano.
There is no point ranting and raving, and insulting other brands, when the brands are emulating each other.

Anyway the Droid Razr is a great device, but to me, it will pull the Android buyers from Samsung camp over. Its more or less settled that those who like iPhone, will buy iPhone, and those who like Android will buy Android.
Have to say tho, Galaxy Nexus launch was very disappointing, making the Razr look very tempting as an alternative.
