Wanglu, 21 Aug 2018Are your sure about that? It was LG V10 invented the notch. Whilst argueable it's a second screen with cameras on the side (sized 1.8inches 1:11 aspect ratio) so TECHNICALLY it's not a notch as it doesn't intervene with the main display

LG Superfan, 21 Aug 2018Who TH uses a mid range Mediatek SoC in a Gaming Phone atleast put SD 660 it will be much more... moreDoogee doesn't have a contract with Qualcomm to use Snapdragon chipsets, they can use only Mediatek, or develop in-house chip. In this case a P60 would work way better DUE to their situation.

Sharp is first but it didnt go mainstream that time. Xiaomi made it mainstream and trendy. Btw, the notch thing can be verified using patent on who invent it first. Short story, most oems patent it in 2016.

[deleted post]Yo calm down. Some could argue that the notch with the camera on the second screen could be considered a notch. Even so, you are right about Sharp being first. The Mi Mix was just the first one that popularized the idea

Personally, i like the rugged aspects of it. There is certainly a lack of phones with shatter-proof displays (Only the Moto Force series comes to my mind). Also, the improved water-resistance is welcome. Overall, doesn't seem like a bad phone to me. The DooGee MIX was a impressive phone for it's price, so this has the potential to be good as well.

Although there are many gaming phones available these days, but none are cheap. We are yet to see a budget gaming phone, so since this phone has a mid-range chipset, it might be cheap, and if it is, then it will be the first of it's kind, so it will likely be successful. If Doogee knows what they're doing, then they'll price it right.
