1. Implement Pureview HD+
2. Better cameras for software optimization only
3. LCD display like the LG G7, but better
4. Bigger battery, but don't have to be too huge like 4000mah or more.
5. More RAM
6. Better GPU and CPU for smoother experience
7. Improve the thermal cooling from the Nokia 8 (2017)
8. Dual speaker powered by: JBL, not Dolby Atmos.
9. Better OZO audio quality.

There's a reason photographers look for the highest signal-to-noise ratio there is; noise is destructive and unwanted. And yes, that includes very low levels of noise, which usually still need to be edited out in post if your image has any larger uniform spaces (such as the sky).
Walter C. Dornez, 30 Aug 2018Really? I’ve heard it’s coming in September That's the nature of rumours; nothing is verified, and nobody knows for sure.
We haven't seen any actual pictures of a Nokia 9 prototype though, and the intensity in rumours that usually happen prior to a release is non-existent. I'd say it'll be a while yet before the Nokia 9 launch.
Mi7even, 30 Aug 2018i won't deny that , but too much noise kills the image , that's why there's something called i... moreYou're right, less noise is more appealing for social media, since details are already gone after downsizing.
Sadly, manufacturers don't offer controls for image processing. Although some offer RAW and some implementations also allowed the user to tweak sharpness and other parameters but it seems they died quickly as most won't bother digging through settings.
I like to have at least an option to tweak noise suppression at times, for photos that I want to edit on my PC.
If nokia does launch a phone, it will surprise every single person; unlike samsung which deliberately 'sponsors' the leaks for several months to build hype!

Anonymous, 29 Aug 2018Because Nokia is dead as a phone brand.LOL.. Nokia is on a meteoric rise.. They are already the TOP 10 smartphone producer after only 1 and a half year beating HTC, Sony and others.. Please update your brain
Mi7even, 29 Aug 2018well , not when that innovation takes noisy pictures :" to be honest sony sensors are amazing ... moreIn photography, noise is part of a great image
You know why?? Because it proves that the image was truly taken with a camera
The additional noise adds up to more retained details, and as the rule of photography says, it's always easier to remove details than to add them
Kabbi, 29 Aug 2018Of course. Every will care when it used in other phones then bezel king Sony Of course, because fools like you will always fall for the marketing tricks done by popular OEMs, who do nothing but to steal the real innovators' formula, claim it as their own innovation, and advertise it as if it's nothing like ever been made before
Anonymous, 30 Aug 2018Maybe Mate 20 Pro... if not P30 Pro next year will get it.It would be a considerable downgrade if they use a 1/2" sensor, as opposed to 1/1.7" of the P20 Pro, but hey, anything is possible though

Anonymous, 29 Aug 2018Ik have a Nokia 7 Plus, you said Nokia is dead, i Will bet they will be nummer one again, only... moreNo, ”they” (i.e. the brand) will never even be in the top 5 anymore. During the time when Nokia reigned there were only a handful of manufacturers and none from China due to the technology being new at the time. But times have changed. The future belongs to Chinese manufacturers, just as happened before with laptops.
