good thing Sony wont be with Ericsson anymore, at least with mobile phones.. but look at this:
Motorola had Android
Nokia had WP/Symbian
Apple had iOS
RIM had their own Blackberry OS
Samsung had Bada (perhaps)
what OS will Sony have to use? Unless it's Meego/Tizen, they are dead.. they might stick with android, mix it with outdated hardware, have a higher price tag, and poof, a bankrupt mobile manufacturer
ang speaking of android, can HTC and LG cope up with Motorola who is committed with google? they are doomed too!

[deleted post]yep, you said, not high quality and not very reliable handset. take for example the Asian made SE and Western made SE, the built quality for example. which one is good?. think!..
i think that this is top in the list of issues, why SE fans leave SE. simple the built quality, the scrappy paint of handset. how much more the outdated OS, the x10 mini Donut OS, it took a months waiting to have a Eclair OS, other companies skip that stupid Donut OS. The SE Experia mini issues.
The Experia blog is gone... SE fans decline... I go for Ericsson..

Bravia Engine is exactly what it says - not a screen technology, but SW to make the screen Higher Contrast, Shaper & Smoother than others. It doesn't work in the menu, just pics, vids, internet and youtube. Compare it side by side - then post everyone an apology for your illformed judgementation.
