ET, 27 Oct 2011Samsung should release these two device in USA & ASIA as soon as possible to beat Iphone 4s.Absolutely..
Asia is still emerging market for smartphone and Asian market is one fastest growing market for smatrtphone. And Samsung's phone is far more cheaper as compared to Apple iphone. And have far better multimedia features than anyone else. So there is vast opportunity for Samung in Asia.

Samsung just released their last quarterly accounts. Last quarter they obtained just a 13.7% operating margin in their Telkom business and previous quarter 7.4% compare to Apple well over 50%. Samsung is trying to buy business. They have a dangerous balance sheet and Apple could blow them out of the water if they wanted to.

Better wait for the Tab 7.0 Plus. Much cheaper than Note.

Man, I want either phone but hate Samsung went for the PenTile screen. Both phones look awesome though. I want the Galaxy Note so badly, but it will probably never arrive in the USA and it would cost a fortune getting it unlocked. Trying out the Dell Streak which is similar in dimensions scares me a bit with the size though. At 4.3-4.5 inches is what I can myself feeling more comfortable. And the Galaxy Nexus goes to Verizon first. Two phones I will never own. Going to have to wait if Sony decides to give us a proper PlayStation phone and not the half ass job of the Xperia Play now that they bought Ericsson's ownership.

Is the Galaxy Note capable of Ice Cream Sandwich OS? It appear Samsung is silent on this subject.

About time UK got something first seeing as we always have to pay the most for technology and usually end up getting it last.
