If they make license exclusive to Moto, then they will take huge risk, because currently Meego is "homeless". And Bada is quite potent OS if Samsung puts some money in development there.

So quite, that this move is... Quite unexpected. Acer made a lot of hyped-up move into the smartphone market, but it never really took off. Maybe this might turn around.
