With the XZ I got the MDR-XB850
With the XZ1 Compact I got the MDR-1000X

Sweet Deal !! A good phone with quality parts and good offer. Anyone with a 900$ budget should consider this along with S9+ in my opinion.

They didn't want to take a huge gamble so they released this to test the waters. The successor next year will be the true upgrade with the new camera.
