Why do they need a depth sensor if they have the wide angle one already? That one should be used for a different perspective; I see no need in installing that third camera.

Anonymous, 20 Sep 2018An ugly case will cover it anyway so what's the big deal? The case will not move the camera to centre though
Lmao why is everyone disappointed with USB-type B? If it charges good and fast, I see no real issues there.
I'm liking it on paper so far, if it's not gonna be completely over-bloated in price, maybe I'll finally be able to replace my A3 2015.
Samsung Galaxy, 20 Sep 2018Boring, not a single 2018 A series phones are worth to buy. This one even has the ugliest back... moreAn ugly case will cover it anyway so what's the big deal?

Edit1: Yep, 710 is also included, but so does the horrid Mediatek P22, but Samsung rarely, IF AT ALL, uses Mediatek chipsets.
Gsmarena, ask Samsung about the pixel pitch of the sensors.
Are samsung starting to finally price a little lower? Was expecting this to be alot more.

Way to big Sammy.
USB micro B???
Nobi, 20 Sep 2018Everything looked great until i saw its USB Type - B. Bummer. Why Sammy why?Cause type c cables are not yet widely used.
Imperator Neubaticus, 20 Sep 2018I agree. Would have been a near-perfect midranger. I love that samsung didn't go over the top ... moreLool, someones sour that Huawei is gonna beat samsung i like a year or twos time 😭
Nobi, 20 Sep 2018Everything looked great until i saw its USB Type - B. Bummer. Why Sammy why?I agree. Would have been a near-perfect midranger. I love that samsung didn't go over the top with a megapixel count that wount even be normally used ala huawei p20 pro gimmick phone and that they went with an ultra wide lens. This phone will have loads more utility than the chinese second rate pseudo-flagship i will not dignify by mentioning in name again in this post.
Scram, 20 Sep 2018It's 345 EUR. Been waiting for Samsung to take the fight to 'em Chinese copycats. And this ... moreIf that's the case then it's good value. But using a SD 660 on a phone launched in the 2nd half 2018 is a bit of a let down.
The CPU and chipset, which is one of the most important things about a phone, is basically unknown, the "Octa-core 2.2 GHz" doesn't really say much.
the soc is probably an Exynos 7885 (same as A8 2018)... which is good news since it's a big.LITTLE SoC.
