gohelvishalp, 22 Sep 2018Whaaat? After the update and factory reset, I didn't notice any improvements from oreo. Sadly the battery consumption was actually higher than before. The case is already sent to Oneplus, and they are looking through the logs. I had about 8 hours battery life, after the update. Nightly consumption is also about 12%, while sleeping. But the volte has never been available on the Oneplus in Europe. I hoped pie would fix that, but nope.

Whackcar, 21 Sep 2018They jumped from 5.0 to 9.0... Previously they had jumped from 3T to 5. Their math must be bad... moreOn the bright side, the top companies are getting better thanks to Treble. Granted, companies like OnePlus are just faster. Until they meet your standards, though, OnePlus, Sony, Google and Android One companies got your back

Zendroid, 21 Sep 2018No improvements on the battery consumption. Going down just as fast as before. Well ,in use the battery life will be the same as it is the screen that is power hungry, things may better in stand by but it takes at least a full battery cycle and and a couple of days for the machine learning to kick in , you are far too early to judge that.

Zendroid, 21 Sep 2018No improvements on the battery consumption. Going down just as fast as before. After updating to a new OS, it’s perfectly normal. Give it a day or two and battery backup should be back to normal.
