Pity the 6.44" version won't come with flat panel because that curved glass is only an unpractical gimmick ("just because we can"). It makes it harder to apply protective glass etc. But Samsung doesn't care - they only wan't to show everyone that they can manufacture curved displays. Useless gimmick.

The mobile industry and evolution would be a lot better without the two design companies. Apple and Samsung. They are both the same now. And yes, they should be bashed, till the day they bring back quality and unique features. Kill the edges. No notch. Bigger batteries and a little thicker phone. Stop all the bloatware, so updates can come in time. Go for a more stock os. Focus on the lifetime over the look. Give us flagships that lasts 3-4 days again.

But they are looking to better themselves. An unbreakable OLED panel would make the edges shatter proof, and they said that they have made it. I'm not saying that Samsung is at its peak, no, that was the S5 and the Note 4 where they were at their prime. But they're all grown up now, and it's not like they haven't been busy. You can dislike the company, but you shouldn't bash it needlessly

Yes they are changing, but to the worse. Look how they changed from galaxy s to s5. Note to note 3. Then look how everything went backwards, in favor of the look and sales war on Apple.

I do not care that it will have 1 camera or it will not have underscreen fingerprint w/e , I just need an unlockable device that will have long years of support on xda, something you dont get for budget or mid devices, but the popular ones, get it, the flagships, bet I blew your mind there.
My one wish is that one of the smaller 5.8" S10 should get it all- Wide, Ultra wide, Tele, and good loudspeaker and audio quality....
Everything except the big screen! Its a shame to choose S9+ just for second camera!

The return of flat screen is definitley welcomed in my opinion. Edge is beautiful but fragile. I prefer durability over looks.
I just hope that they won’t make flat screen version weaker or worse than edge one (S9 and S9+ are example how Samsung wants you to buy bigger flagship)
It will be disgrace for company like Samsung if all pf their flagships are not 5G capable in 2019.
And also REMOVE BIXBY!

I'd keep the idea, but make Wide camera have triple aperture selector:
1.5 for extreme low light, 1.85/1.9 for low light nd 2.4 for daylight.

It will have worse hardware than the others and be a mini/lite version. If you don't realize that, you clearly don't know Samsung.
