How is Nokia 600 canceled when it is available in this store : http://globalteleshop.com/category.php?id_category=15 , gsmarena and all users who are here and don't check before they post . Go and see for yourself is it available and can you order that cellphone .
its official. read the comments from nokia http://conversations.nokia.com/2011/08/24/launch-nokia-600-loud-and-proud/
the "600" will affect both 700 and 701 handset, also the Window handsets
as we can tell it is a cheaper version of belle, somewhere sit between 700 and 701, identical hardware, but "cheap"
As a 700 user i am not happy,
it could be a right thing to hold or launch later
Anonymous, 02 Nov 2011cancelled through patent law suits!!!! lolIt was cancelled because Nokia is now running out of money to make their smartphones. It's the effect of 4 quarters of continued losses.
Hmm, it seems that Microsoft had it's hand over the whole thing and could also do this.
About the latest Symbian update: GREAT!
Keep up the good work NOKIA!
y is nokia suppose to jump in with mass designed phones every second month. the engineers at nokia do a great job and justice with the design. y cant nokia hire some good executives and for good sake plan before something before u do. dont just show off ur anger in the market of apple and android.
nokia has the reason for stoping the device frim hiting the shelve maybe is time for the fin company to cast our attention on their new window phone. It is kind of bad to make win smarthphone to reign for nokia or better still,,the company must be careful about the shipment cause their fourth quareter result wasn't encouraging.
Just a supposition
Nokia is closing the factory in Romania in December to relocate to a much cheaper Vietnam. If the 600 was planned for manufacturing in Romania this may be the reason for the kill.

"no need to call the CSI team"
oh sure......but of it were for the iphone, it would go something like this:
'WTF ^ (infinity)! zOMG!!!!! Call FBI, NSA, CIA, ISA!!!!!!! Heck go call President Obama!!!!! The END is near!!!! GOD SAVE US ALLLLLL!!!!!!!!!
If Mango OS is good, vendors like LG, Samsung and HTC too will produce mangos. Then where is the competitive advantage for Nokia? On the other hand, Symbian is showing signs of improvement with its Belle. Nokia should make Android phones too and should not depend on mangos and bricks.
Andry, 02 Nov 2011Nokia + micro SIM card + non-removable battery = faili agree with u
AnonD-25962, 02 Nov 2011to all the nokia haters out there might i remind you nokia is still the number one cellphone v... moreI dont really like any manufacturer to be in complete loss.
But as soon as all the upcoming wp7 phones r launched and corresponding symbian devices are stopped nokia will be suffering a 80% loss.
The 20% relief would be symbian and feature phones.
AnonD-25962, 02 Nov 2011to all the nokia haters out there might i remind you nokia is still the number one cellphone v... moreSamsung is on top, but Nokia is still the best "phone" manufacturer. The smart-phones from other companies don't have the battery life a phone needs to have they last 2 days if you don't use it, otherwise lasts a day. The last Nokia I used , E72, it lasted for 4 days with use.
Cod3rror, 02 Nov 2011Nokia is well on it's way to killing itself with WP7.
WP7 is TERRIBLE! The UI is shit. I agree to that.
Nokians just search what was sendo.
just waiting for symbian belle to release.
I dont give a damn about 600!!!
Nokia wont drop the idea of releasing belle i hope...!!
