Curious if anyone who has a BLA-A09 (US Version) has received any 9.0 updates yet? Or know when we can expect those?
My BLA-L09 hasn't had an update in months and is in fact several versions behind other mate 10 Pro users, even other BLA-L09 users. I contacted Huawei UK who told me the update for my version didn't get pushed for some reason but they would get on it. Been nearly three weeks and still waiting.
Whats the source of that information ? There is a Lot of rumors around this, some Tech News say its bullshit and Others say its legit.

I surely hope they would give it Pie.
I was surprised when I got security patches for august and september too on my budget y6 2018. I doubt I'll ever get Pie upgrade but getting patches on budget phone every month... wow... Bravo, Huawei! Serbia here.
The first phone with Android Pie that has a highly modified skin right? Well done Huawei
Wow that's fast, Huawei has really improved in software support over the years.

Just asking because based on my experience their flagship phones are being supported for 1 major OS update and 2 years security patches. If so, that's a good news.

kofi-apraku, 01 Oct 2018Hi, Tried it but the updater cannot gain root access so unable to upgrade. Is there any solution?Didn't Huawei lock their bootloader?

I'm 99.9% certain that this is a hoax.
Unless by "some units" you mean _some_ of the 100 select beta testers that managed to get a spot in the closed beta test. Or people installing the firmware via bootloader unlock or services like FunkyHuawei.
B108 doesn't even look like it's feature complete and the beta is scheduled until the end of the month.
Looking at the files on Huawei's update server there is absolutely _no_ indication of a possible official OTA roll-out to _any_ C432 production units.
