Apple started it, and frankly if they didnt copy other companys patents and claim innovation they wouldn't be in this mess.
How do you explain Apple suing Samsung and banning Galaxy tabs in certain countries?
Apple are the money grubbing aggressors here.
Case and point Nokia vs Apple lawsuit = Apple pay Nokia a lot of money and ongoing licencing fees.
No doubt the same will happen between Motorolla and Apple.
Bottom line, Apple actually tried to sue first, not the other way around, that's not because other manufacturers can't operate with apple in the picture, It's because when people see what the competition actually offer for the same price iPhones simply don't hold their weight.

They used an FRAND patent, which should bring the EU down on them for anti-competitive behaviour.
All Apple has to do is show that Qualcomm, who makes their radio chip paid a license fee to Motorola for the relevant patent, that will exhaust it and Motorola is screwed.

admittedly, ios is one of best mobile os in the market, but how the way apple acts is disgusting.

its weird that apple only makes one kind of phone and tablet and yet everything "innovative" in them are pending on trail. With only 1 product line to focus on, shouldn't that leave more time for creativity and innovation? or am i crazy for thinking this?

Apparently, Apple has opted to allow Motorola Mobility to win a default judgment in a German patent case, but the injunction will apparently have no effect on the company because it sells its devices in the country through a separate local organization.

This is really sick what is happening every1 suewing every1 for my button is green yours is also green you took it from us...Not wait we both took it from X where X took it from Y and so on...Whys is apple vs moto/samsung/few other?Why cant they just let it be its normal to take from one another its called inventions nothing its self-selfmade now its inspired...All cares have wheels and tiers but none sauits the other for haveing 4 wheels...This is just stupid from my point of view but however in terms on milions and bilions of dollars deals this is Something rly a fortune...So either all quited this childish or else its gonna end very bad for all...samsung/Apple/HTC/Moto etc...And I bet againg microsoft will take them all if this keeps going....Bad bad cuz it was going nice and up
