About Huawei,its true it still cost 800+€ for P20pro and I also doubt it will came down even after Mate20 anouncement.If you ask me,Sony is the biggest offender in price scalping,while Apple is not in the “android realm” they had their own politics and a very stable prices(new or used)

AnonD-731363, 03 Oct 2018Can someone tell me why was neccesary to sell this phone for 1500 if after month from release ... moreIts always been this way in android realm.Not just Samsung but every other brand name has an early adopter tax.Wait a couple of months and the prices settle to a more normal level.This is of course countered by an shorter realise cycle by the manufacturers(heck this is why most oems adopted 6 months realise cycle in the first place).Win-win for all,except for those that absolutely had to have lattest and greatest in the moment.

Apple must have a massively high proportion of users ready to upgrade, their release are more or less the same every year. If worked for any other phone company, I would offer my best discounts around this time, if I wanted to attract the typical high end Apple buyer. Once you have a customer, you have them for around 2yrs.

Those who start galaxy vs apple discussion are just retards. They don't understand that IOS and Android are two completely different environment.If one has money he should enjoy both OS. No need to go for the latest. One can have a year old IOS and Android simultaneously for less than the price of a single latest device.
