Art, 07 Nov 2011lol. true thatIt has a 5th 500mhz procesor that will be on when phone is in standby. The other 4 cores will shutdown when your just writing messages etc.

It will only turn the 4 cores on when its needed (flash browsing , games ) much like the nvidia optimus technology.

But im guessing when you turn on the 4 cores a 2000 mah batter will be drained din 2 hours

HTC have finally grasped the idea that people want more than 1gb of internal storage, memory cards are just not as quick as built in memory. Good move looking forward to seeing this phone

Question. If the cpu is quad core at 1.5 ghz why does it have only 1 gig of ram? I mean the more ram you have the more apps you can store in background for extreme multitasking with 1 gig of ram kinda loosing the point of having a quad core o_O

Also from what the benchmarks of the kal el shown the 3d part seems weaker than the mali 400 of the galaxy S II.
If this procesor fails to deliver 1080p flash browser then it will be an epic fail.It would be only for : hey look i got a quad core procesor in my phone

          So what? if its useless.

Note* galaxy S II and note are still the only phones capable of delivering full hd movies in browser and seameless navigation on flash enabled sites.( iphone 4s could also but due to iOS wel never know)

AnonD-16587, 07 Nov 2011Those pics are just illustrative or actual HTC Edge? If it's real, how can it have ICS out of ... moreIts doesnt really matter . The ICS controls can be disabled in favour of capacitive keys. Its all in the hands of the manufacturer.

If its ics it doesnt mean it has to have no buttons.
Honestly i prefer capacitive keys under the screen since theyre easy to use and from what ive seen on the nexus , much easyer to press. Every1 got used to them no need for a change.

nothing wrong with having more options available. Better then getting stuck with a 3.5 inch device and constantly make excuses on how good it is.

Wow. Trying to beat the Samsung Galaxy s 2? I believe they will make the quad core too. I am a Samsung fan mostly because of their Super Amoled Screens. If you used it once you won't use any other screen, never! If HTC makes super amoled I will buy it too.
