There is a Music player with 10 band equalizer inbuilt in Nokia Store called Sigma player - http://store.ovi.com/content/213179
This is what Nokia should've done, release one good phone, on a good platform that you own and keep updating and improving it at a fast pace.
Going WP7 was a mistake. Instead they should've dedicated all those resources to improving MeeGo, the UI is already awesome! Now it needed more functions and improvements.
Nokia Sucks, 08 Nov 20111080p recording and the staggering amount of apps that the N9 doesn't have. Meego is dead and ... moreWhahaahah don't make me laugh, the 1080P vs 720P whahaha the N9 camera is better, SGS2 records at 1080P but is it really of good quality???? NO that's your answer.
PS: You know meego is linux based like Android......N9 can run Android, Symbian, even Windows apps.
Your turn..........
[deleted post]Lol Meego is not dead, please people read the news.
Samsun joined Intel and it will continue under the name Tizen.
DOES IT HAVE manual equalizer??? anybody hear me??
Like me, any person who has ever payd for a N97, can tell you that the title is wrong. It should say " Nokia N9 update fixes 308 bugs. "
question for intelligent: this update brings manual equalizer in music menu??

[deleted post]At the Moment, it can create folders and copy & paste while the N9 cant. Trust me, I am the biggest MeeGo fan which is why my name is now what it is. Meego is AWESOME but its still new. In about 6 months, Meego is going to be even more of an Android challenge than anyone, only difference is that it'll be a challenge but on a bunch of Samsung devices under the new name Tizen. GO TIZEN!!!
[deleted post]its true that you need to charge twice a day..with plenty of apps to play with...2x a day is already great...as for meego...duh...call, text, internet...old stuffs...no wonder nokia junk meego..buy ios and android phone instead...experience lots and lots and lots of apps..
Mark, 08 Nov 2011He not so smart boy,
We have the GS2, it blows compared to the N9 because there is nothing... moreThank you Mark, pointing this out.
These Android fanboys are so brainwashed hahaha

We have the GS2, it blows compared to the N9 because there is nothing original in it. It is a slightly faster bigger version of the original, looks just as bad, still made of cheap glossy plastic, uses a really ugly touchwiz UI, and worst of all, it is made by Samsung which means:
No warranty
No service
No care points
Nothing.
Poor multitasking
Worse screen
Worse sunlight visibility
Worse battery life
No free offline navigationI could go on.
N9 on the other hand, will be supported for years, just like the 5800, the 4 (!) tear old phone Nokia updated last week.
Jay, 08 Nov 2011Dude off course N9 will not break record, thats because N9 is released with a limited amount o... more1080p recording and the staggering amount of apps that the N9 doesn't have. Meego is dead and no one is developing apps for it.

So i see you making excuses already.....ahahah already trying to defend your SG2. Ok what can the SG2 do what the N9 can't?
[deleted post]You should try it and you'll find out that everything you said doesn't matter. The ics update is on its way. It really is the best and the sales proves it. It already sold 10 million while the N9 will not even break 500k.
LoL, These comments are so funny :P N9 might be seems to dead for lot of people but there still are people who likes the uniqueness of the OS, and its not less capable smartphone for someone who knows what he is doing, well I might mean a geek.. but as a matter of fact it is awesome OS and a great hardware... Open than android, and also see the possibilities of N900.. It even can handle a simplified DBMS... Supports System programming etc...
My point is there still are people who has different needs and different aspects. Give respect for brand and their effort in making this... Dont try to show what a jackass u are...
The sweet just got sweeter ;)
This being an software update, it should in itself tell something to the "dead phone"-commenters. There won't be more phones based on the MeeGo Harmattan OS, but it will live on in the Nokia N9.
As for the update itself, it went in just fine and after it, well, the phone is still fluid. I think this update is suppose to be more of a performance upgrade and PR 1.2 a feature buffet. I'm not sure have I missed updates to the installed software, but updates for them were 3 times bigger than the OS update.
Cool!!! I wanna buy 1
[deleted post]It is really expensive for what it offers . I mean the 64 gb version is priced the same as the iphone 4s 16gb.
Now seriously now wanting to sound like a fanboy but is that really worth it? Samsung's package has more to offer for lesser bucks. Motorola with the hot new RAZR is better in some areas. Also all of these have microsd slots so you can just get a 64gb card thats becoming cheaper and cheaper.
IS it really worth buying a a phone who makes its sales based on fanboys only and an operating system that has an uncertain future?.
[deleted post]PS: This page is about the N9.....so please don't troll here. And your phone is just a phone like all other phones. So get a life please!
