Not hopeful for a worthy price tag but the device is good. Note9 still seems a better buy. Waiting to see some comparisons and reviews. On a side note, I still wonder why smartphones prices are going crazy but the features doesn't make them that valuable?
Sushant Sic, 18 Oct 2018Amazon India Exclusive Devices... The range will surely gonna start from 70K... Might be even more than that, have you seen the way the value of rupee is falling down these days
Difficult to show value than Note 9 512 GB of Huawei Mate 20 Pro going to cost more than ₹64,,000. No 256GB version....I like the mobile but let's see....I need to see users reviews before taking any decision
Quite sure that even the vanilla Mate 20 will start higher than the Note9 in India, considering the P20 Pro was launched at 65k+.
Hence, at least in India the Note9 is easily winning the battle among all major expensive flagships.
It's strange that the most complete device is the cheapest of the lot.
AnonD-632062, 18 Oct 2018The unnecessary NM card fiasco has put Huawei at a disadvantage with people who love to expand... moreI suppose that could be buffered by the amount of memory on the phone already. Plus, it's likely that the NM cards are to come to fruition in the near future, so we will be able to expand soon enough.
As for the headphone jack, well, with this amazing battery, I don't think the charging and listening thing will be an issue

The unnecessary NM card fiasco has put Huawei at a disadvantage with people who love to expand and transfer through microSD cards.
But the lack of the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the Mate 20 Pro is a huge deal-breaker. The vanilla Mate 20 and the Mate 20X seems like better phones, as they have a 3.5 mm jack and a smaller, less ugly notch.
