O2 are the biggest network in the UK and work on helping there customers each day with all uk call centers and 24/7 help.
Our customer service is one of the best as well, they also like to nick o2's ideas for example the o2 rewards.

O2 has the lowest c... moreThe only reason they have a low churn rate was all down to the exclusive rights on the iphone, now everyone is doing it that is changing, there is a lot of unhappy people with o2 due to the expensive upgrade prices and general customer service.

We are actually marked on quality for saying Britain's Best Network at the end of our calls. We have the most consistant coverage across the UK. o2 are a great network and I would recommend them to friends after Vodafone :)

In responce to graz i couldnt agree more.O2 have got so greedy over the last few years and the 3g coverage is terrible.I nyself are going to change to talkmobile on vodafone.Seems to me theve spent plenty on there network.Shame on o2 sort oit your 3g network first.

Why can't O2 fix their 3G network first? It's still so patchy - in my city, it's not available or extremely weak in the centre. This is one of the reasons why I left them!

All network companies promise to do XYZ and they are the ABC 123 in the technology what one should realise is that they in in for the MOOLA. As for people getting paid absurdly is true that happens worldwide the rich get richer and the poor suffer with humility.

Miles ahead of the competition... moremiles ahead as usual?? funny their 3g is one of the worst on the market, and their cust attrition is sky high... as are acquisition figs and spectacular failure to show any tiny growth. o and btw i was a manager for them for 4 years.

I think 4g is going to be great for o2 and it will bring them more customers as they are clearly the best network in the UK :) !!

Hope this comes up north! And we see 4G phones by the end of 2012. If they come in 2013 will be just in time for when my contract ends!! WOOP, lets hope everything goes to plan then :).

Why 1 in every 3 people are part of the O2 network (ands thats actively using it). We cover more of the UK than any other network. 98% land mass covered and 99.8% of the UK population covered too. Won many awards for customer services and also our network coverage, services and deals provided by the network. Vodafone is good but not the best.
