Anonymous, 18 Nov 2011what? specs? so you mean nokia lumia 800 has sd cardslot, FFC, 4.0 inches, 1GB ram and dual-c... moreThe SGS 2 came out like 7 months ago and it makes the just released Lumia 800 outdated. That's how behind Nokia is and their stupid fan boys are in denial.

[deleted post]This is why Nokia sucks. They create false hype and falls flat on their face. It isn't even out yet and it was already voted as the best? That's ridiculous and stupid. The Lumia doesn't deserve to win. It's not even a powerhouse. It's a mediocre device at its best and it belongs on the bargain bin section. Nokia is trying to fool people by creating false and undeserved hype.

    Nokia is pathetic.

so you mean nokia lumia 800 has sd cardslot, FFC, 4.0 inches, 1GB ram and dual-core?

nokia fanboys...just accept the reality that lumia 800 isn't even remotely close high-end device.

I got my Lumia 800 yesterday and it's great. Well done Nokia! It doesn't matter to me that it's not the highest spec on the market. I want a phone, not something I can boast about (the specs). It does all I want, looks stunning, reception is amazing (compared to BB, Android and iPhone), Nokia apps (Drive and Music) are great too. Overall, very nice and tidy package. Well worth the money.

                  Haters gonna hate.

'High specs? No.' You are clearly clueless on this matter. I have had the phone in my hands and had the opportunity to navigate with the demo display. It's specs are at least similar to those of the SGS2. Don't knock it 'til you try it. ;)

Wow! The comments here! I am not favoring any specific brand here, but for any level headed human to consider this phohe as the phone of the year? Wow, either somebody spiked his drink or something! Phone of the year... LOL! Yeah, probably for someone on either Microsoft's or Nokia's payroll!
                                What a joke!

It's a nice phone. If I were to buy a new mobile device right now, the Lumia 800 would be on top of my list. I like Windows Phone now and I know that there are bigger and better things installed for the Apollo release. Hopefully people realise that Android is just too buggy and laggy. Not a big fan of customisation anymore so Android is off my list after this phone I have.

Also, it's only the 'award' from one magazine so don't need to get so overworked over it.
