Its just a simple wrist watch ,very irritating, no features at all.It also shows wrong steps,timing and calories burn while running on trade mill.

The home gadgets tracking promise too much. Could say they are lying. It is just show something, nothing else. They are not accurate info about your quality of your sleep.
