I rather enjoy the fact that when Samsung releases the update there is a very low chance of bugs as it's been tested thoroughly.
Just my experience with a few Samsung devices.

Shame at u samsung team!!!!

A really frusated customer from uae region...i have still no got octomber update...i am still stuck in september...mailed and chatted with all uae samsung team...wat was der reply for dat was uae region has no issue so der is no update!!!

Really shame at u samsung!!!this is called flagship s9 plus...and i am sure i wl not get any pie or one ui.......

For cheating customer, u guys already learned a lesson(note 7)...still u guys continue cheating customer u wl learn more lesson!!!!!

Probably it will be the last to update to Pie, while everybody moves on to Q

Samsung must have tons of people involved with software. This heaviest modified UI story I don't buy.
They have conditions to release final update before Xmas if they wanted to.

Beginning of the year they let scape the final 8.0 for S7, some units received.
While the update for S8 was far from being out...
